Invoicing
Features
Invoicing is a key processing in your business. For that reason, we’ve developed a streamlined invoicing process that is fully integrated with the other features of our platform.

When it comes to creating an invoice for a customer, the process involves:
  • Selecting a draft invoice to edit,
  • Copying an existing invoice, or
  • Creating a new invoice
Next, you can indicate the invoice line items and their cost. In addition, you can apply a coupon to the customer’s invoice and optionally, indicate the frequency of the service. Selecting a service of monthly will automatically create future-dated work orders and appointments in your calendar.
You can also add notes to the invoice and indicate any costs that are no subject to taxes or discounts. Next, the invoicing process asks you to select from available dates and times. The availability shown here is the same availability that customers will see on your online booking form.
Finally, on the payment page, you can charge the customer’s card on file, add a new card, or indicate the customer’s preferred payment method.
Now that you're all done, your invoice will look like this.
With the click of a button, you can then email the invoice to the customer or send them a request for payment. If you choose to not use Stripe or this customer prefers to pay their invoice using another method, you can simply mark the invoice payment date as well as how it will paid.
